The student should know how to download and install apps from the internet. Prior to the class, the student will receive instructions for downloading and installing the Unity Editor and several add-ons that will be used in the class. Be sure and allow a significant amount of time to install this software as they are fairly large applications and the installation process itself takes some time.
Minimum hardware requirements for both courses are:
Computer Processor: Intel i3 4 core for both PCs and Macs or better
Graphics: Intel UHD graphics or the equivalent or better
Ram: 4.00 GB or better
Other requirements:
- Must have at least 40 Gig of disk space free for software installations
- A reliable high-speed internet connection
The call will be held remotely using Zoom. Students are expected to log in on time and be ready with any assignments. There are no grades, but your work will be analyzed and critiqued by the teacher and other students.
