About MAGIC

The Mid-Atlantic Gigabit Innovation Collaboratory creates the space for technology innovation and entrepreneurship to thrive.

The Mid-Atlantic Gigabit Innovation Collaboratory, Inc. (MAGIC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fully realizing the economic development potential of the broadband infrastructure located in our community.

Our headquarters is in Westminster, the county seat of Carroll County, Maryland. We are working to make our community a hub of tech innovation and entrepreneurship. We do this by providing the experiences below.

Tech Experiences

MAGIC provides hands-on technology and entrepreneurial education experiences for high school and college students to enrich their understanding and interest in technology.

Tech Incubation

MAGIC provides business development assistance and strategic planning guidance to technology start-ups.

Tech Innovation

MAGIC creates technology innovation laboratories that demonstrate what is possible when community partners work together to solve problems.
