Arduino Boot Camp

Arduino is an open-source electronic prototyping platform that allows users to build interactive electronic gadgets. This hands-on Arduino Bootcamp is for beginners! It will get you started working with Arduinos. We will take you through several projects to build your confidence in working with Arduino, the basic programming necessary to use them, as well as basic principles of electronics.
The bootcamp will include 3.5 hours daily, over 5 days, of supervised creative activity within the Ting Fiber, Inc. facility at 15 E Main Street, Suite 100, Westminster, MD 21157. During this time, participants will be supervised by Ting Makerspace employees and MAGIC volunteers and instruction will be given in the use of the Arduino open-source electronic platform.
Participants must sign the Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability; minor participants must additionally have these signed by a parent or guardian. Sign our Waiver here
Arduino Boot Camp will run from 12:30-4pm each day and is not an overnight event. Participants must be picked up by 4:15 pm. each day. Ting Makerspace is not responsible for transport to or from Summer Day Camp.
